So the age old question is: you're playing with your boss, or client, or future father in law.... do you make sure they win ?
Well my usual Member-Guest partner, my BIL, bailed on me this year. So I invited and am playing with the guy that runs my most local cigar shop..... Hmmm dilemma...
Cleveland wedges here too.
League tonight and I think it was a 38 or 39. Back to back birdies but a lost ball a few holes before. Hitting the new irons a little better each time out. Flew the 9th green and off the back a few others so still dialing in the distance but I am liking them.
Got out tonight after work. Trying to get in shape for this weekend's Member-Guest and helping my league partner get ready for his Club Championship match tomorrow. Hit the ball pretty good - getting used to the new irons. 7 over 78 with a triple on the first hole. Had a 95 yard hole out for par...
Shot an awful 87 this morning but thankfully my opponent in my Club Championship match played worse than I did.
Got the new irons in Saturday, threw new grips on and played them today. I like them and hit them well, when I made good contact. Going to take a little bit to get used to them...
