Matilde "Para Jose Seijas' I had to put this one down 2" into it. Poorly rolled, hard black ash, and constant relights, so I pulled out a RomaCraft.

I've actually only had that one I posted. It came in my SB cotm. I thought it was excellent. I'd like to get the sampler one of these days.

I went ahead and bought another at lower proof.

Carne Asada smoked for about 45 minutes at 180 then up to 450 and 3-4 minutes on each side. I brushed orange juice on it while it was smoking. Came out killer!
