I love the Siembra Valles so this had been on my list to try... I was in Murrieta - my son'e mom lives down there and I drove down for his 8th grade promotion. (He is 5'11" going into 9th grade - needless to say the Freshman Football coach was happy to see him lolol) About a 6.5 hour drive...

Yeah, I know what you mean. I started with the James Hoffman recipe but that was a little thin... I think I'm at adding about 0.5g to what he uses and doing a final dial in on my grind. It won't ever eclipse a pourover for me, but even if I get close it will be much better than whatever...

Grad party yesterday...

I usually grab pics of the bags when they arrive and don't think about it again lol... So for something different... I have a couple of trips planned for this summer, so I am working on tweaking my Aeropress recipe because yes, I bring a travel coffee setup with me lolol!
